Red by Giorgio Beverly Hills was launched in 1989. It is classed as an oriental floral fragrance for women. The fragrance was craeted by Bob Aliano. Opening with notes of bergamot, osmanthus, ylang-ylang and orange blossom blending into a heart of carnation, rose, jasmine, rosemary and gardenia, smoothing out in the base with patchouli, oakmoss, cedar, tonka bean and olibanum.

The Giorgio brand began life as a high end boutique in Beverly Hills, which became renowned for “dressing the stars” of Hollywood. In 1981 the brand expanded into the world of fragrances launching a signature scent for men. Today the Giorgio Beverly Hills fragrance collection includes over 12 perfumes.
