Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Return Eligibility: You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, unopened, and with its original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is also required. Sale / clearance items are not eligible for return.
  2. Requesting a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer care team at support@mycare.ae. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Damages and Issues: If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  4. Non-Returnable Items: Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care goods, such as beauty products, are non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
  5. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
  6. Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that cash on delivery customers will be eligible for store credit only and it may take 4-7 days for the bank or credit card company to process the refund.
