RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY (UAE ONLY)

This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) applies exclusively to purchases made within the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) through MyCare.Ae.
This Policy is drafted in accordance with applicable UAE laws, including the UAE Consumer Protection Law and its implementing regulations.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Scope of Policy

This Policy applies only within the UAE

We do not accept returns or process refunds for orders shipped outside the UAE

This Policy does not affect your statutory rights under UAE law
2. 15-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery (“Return Period”).
After this period, returns will not be accepted unless required under UAE law (e.g., defective products).
3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact

A valid proof of purchase must be provided
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Non-Returnable Products
In line with UAE health and safety regulations, the following items are non-returnable, unless defective:

Personal care, hygiene, or healthcare products once opened

Consumables or perishable goods

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Gift cards and promotional items
5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
You may be required to provide:

Photos or videos of the product

Packaging evidence
Upon verification, we will, at our discretion:

Replace the product at no cost, or
-
Issue a full refund, including delivery charges
This is in accordance with your rights under UAE consumer protection laws.
6. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

Await return authorization and instructions

Return the product to the provided UAE return address
Important: Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected.
7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable courier service within the UAE

We are not liable for lost or damaged returns during transit
8. Inspection and Approval
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
We reserve the right to:

Approve or reject returns based on condition

Apply reasonable deductions if the product is not returned in original condition
9. Refunds
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
Delivery charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of defective/incorrect items.
10. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
11. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before dispatch for a full refund

Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process
12. Refusal of Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns where:

There is evidence of misuse or abuse of the return policy

13. Consumer Rights Under UAE Law
Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under the UAE Consumer Protection Law.
Where there is a conflict between this Policy and applicable UAE law, UAE law shall prevail.
