SHIPPING POLICY (UAE ONLY)

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed through MyCare.Ae within the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”).

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in the UAE)

  • Orders placed after cut-off times may be processed on the next business day

  • During peak periods (sales, promotions), processing times may be slightly extended


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times within the UAE:

  • Dubai: 1–3 business days

  • Other Emirates: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays or remote delivery locations.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time at our discretion


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details (if available)

  • You can track your shipment through the courier service provider


6. Delivery Conditions

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact details

  • A valid contact number must be provided for delivery coordination


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address

  • عدم الرد على الاتصال (no response)

The courier may:

  • Attempt redelivery, or

  • Return the order to us

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.


8. Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered:

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery

  • Customers must ensure availability of the exact or agreed payment amount

We reserve the right to refuse COD orders in certain cases.


9. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Government restrictions or unforeseen events


10. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged, or

  • Incomplete / Missing items

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request:

  • Photos of the package and items

Resolutions may include replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


11. Compliance with UAE Law

This Shipping Policy is governed by applicable laws of the UAE, including the UAE Consumer Protection Law.

Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under UAE law.
